张锦平 Zhang Jinping

张锦平，1994年生于广东海丰，毕业于福州大学，现居住福建厦门。中国美术家协会会员、厦门漆画艺委会委员，四川美术学院驻地艺术家。

创作由日常行为和简单动作所带出来的“工匠”式的手段，涉及特定生活质感和遗留物碎片，多个不同实体之间的张力和联系与我自身产生了共鸣，它们成为回忆媒介和无形痕迹的体现，同时塑造了实践与物质、空间的关系。

Zhang Jinping, born in 1994 in Haifeng, Guangdong, graduated from Fuzhou University and currently resides in Xiamen, Fujian. He is a member of the China Artists Association, a committee member of the Xiamen Lacquer Painting Art Committee, and a resident artist at the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute.

My practice employs “artisan-like” methods derived from everyday actions and simple gestures, engaging with specific textures of lived experience and fragments of remnants. The tensions and connections between multiple distinct entities resonate with my own being, serving as conduits for memory and manifestations of intangible traces while simultaneously shaping the relationship between practice, materiality, and space.
