我在废弃的重庆特钢厂旧址中捡拾被遗留下的东西，比如劳保手套、烟盒、药板、纽扣、仿制美元等，并把它们都绑在氦气球上。

有一部分气球飞了起来，在特钢厂的屋顶上摇晃； 而另一些则因为悬挂物品的重量而留在地上，在地上缓慢地匍匐与爬行。随着氦气的不断泄漏， 幽魂般的气球和漂浮在空中的物品逐渐下降到地面，或者被半空中的微风带到了更远的地方……

I gathered items left behind at the abandoned site of Chongqing Special Steel Plant—work gloves, cigarette packets, medicine blister packs, buttons, counterfeit US dollars—and tied them all to helium balloons.

Some balloons took flight, swaying atop the steelworks' roofs; others remained tethered to the ground by the weight of their burdens, crawling and creeping slowly across the earth. As the helium steadily leaked away, ghostly balloons and their suspended objects gradually descended to the earth, or were carried further afield by the faint breezes in the air...
