关注一些日常生活中极容易被忽略的、一瞬间的诗意的存在,日常创作集中于“留存”这种诗意,通过日常物品的组合、物体与环境的关系和某种动态的介入来深挖和呈现出城乡空间内部的诗意。尝试以“旅行”作为一种方法来进行创作和实践,以身体的观察经验与行走 过程来介入“在场”,在不同的空间中寻找叙事的线索,通过田野调查、口述采集、物件收集与在地介入来在“旅行”的过程与状态中进行创作。创作时并不预设一种“艺术家”的身份,而是以探险者、局外人、捣蛋者或是孩童式的心态去制造一个个事件与现象,在经验的回溯与增长中进行“偶发”的行动。

In the experimental artworks, An Sitong's practice focuses on the fleeting poetic moments easily overlooked in daily life, concentrating her creative work on preserving such poetic essence. Through the arrangement of everyday objects, the relationship between objects and their environment, and dynamic interventions, she delves into and reveals the inherent poetry within urban and rural spaces. She employs ‘travel’ as a method to engage with “presence” through bodily observation and the act of walking, seeking narrative threads across diverse spaces. Through fieldwork, oral history collection, artefact gathering, and site-specific interventions, she creates within the very process and state of “travel”.  The creative process does not presuppose an “artist” identity, but rather adopts the mindset of an explorer, outsider, mischief-maker, or child to generate events and phenomena, undertaking “incidental” actions through the retrospective and accumulative nature of experience.
